RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage social media content including Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Capture high-quality, creative, and visually appealing product photographs to consistently update social media platforms and website.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to engage with customers and followers. Special focus on our local neighborhood.
- Respond to customer direct messages and comments on social media.
- Work with local Wrigleyville businesses to create collaborative marketing opportunities and events.
- Use social media analytics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with purchasing on new product launches.
- Assist with company website production and maintenance.
- Work with retail team to ensure display merchandise is relevant and visibly appealing.
