The Opportunity:

As a Wripple Client Lead Coordinator, you will work closely with our Client Success team and their portfolio of clients to help exceed client engagement goals and organic sales targets.

• Recent college graduate (BS) from a rigorous academic program in business with a concentration in Marketing/Communications (required)

• Experience within the digital advertising/marketing space (internships) a plus

• Positive, enthusiastic personality with a solutions-based approach to challenges

• Possess excellent oral and written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Time management is your middle name. You manage your time well, and don’t hesitate to collaborate as needed to set priorities.

• You have exceptional attention to detail

• Experience with all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)


What You’ll be Doing:


The essential functions for a Wripple Client Lead Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:


• Support Client Success teams by becoming well-versed in Wripple’s products, services and clients in order to influence actionable strategies for client satisfaction and growth

• Provide platform support for new projects and monitor activity and growth

• Support client requests as directed for platform assistance and provide candidate recos when needed

• Work with team to ensure talent proposal submissions are aligned with client expectations

• Support team in the creation of SoWs for client work, ICAs for talent when directed

• Develop and grow relationships with primary Client contacts

• Engage in efforts to expand the services provided to the Client

• Monitor client requests for platform assistance and provide candidate recos when needed.

• Work with Talent Manager to provide clients with team and individual candidate options

• Review proposals and ensure talent proposal submissions are aligned with client expectations

• Manage internal workflow in collaboration with talent manager to ensure efficiencies and continued improvements

• Meet regularly with internal team to discuss current and upcoming projects and other relevant Client business challenges/issues.

• Help manage client finances/billing, forecasting, pipeline of opportunities
