Job Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator analyzes and coordinates the logistical functions of the company and assists in the life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, and final delivery of shipments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- Liaise with different departments within the company to facilitate deliveries and pickups.
- Create and maintain contact with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Preparing delivery schedules and confirmed arrival of shipment from vendors.
- Ensures that all shipping and ordering deadlines are met.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements and contractual obligations.
- Ensures that the status of customer order is updated in system, and that the appropriate internal personnel responsible for direct contact with customer is provided with up to date status of product/service delivery.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Maintains updated, accurate and complete records and reports, as assigned.
- Performs filing, copying and other general administrative and clerical duties

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Two years of experience working in a supply chain and logistics support role, or similar capacity; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
