Wristcheck is expanding! With the upcoming launch of our second global boutique in New York, we’re looking for watch enthusiasts excited to be part of our opening team building the watch world of tomorrow!
As our Sales Lead , you’ll be part of the driving force behind Wristcheck’s growth in the US, hunting down business opportunities and closing deals that propel us to new heights. A natural people person, with a knack for building rapport and unstoppable determination, you’ll be the strategic powerhouse our team needs to exceed revenue targets and propel the Wristcheck experience. If you're equal parts high-stakes dealmaker and execution pro, this is your chance to shine and leave a mark on our success.
This is a full-time position based in New York City with 40 hours of work per week.

What you'll be doing :
- Share your passion for watches! You’ll act as an advisor and educator to help our customers find their next prized possession. As a keen listener, you’ll understand the motivations, likes, and dislikes of our customers to recommend suitable timepieces.
- Build your book of clients, nurture and grow your relationships through networking, word-of-mouth referrals, and other outreach methods.
- Advise individual sellers with your strong knowledge of the pre-owned market. Walk them through our consignment process, pre-empt and answer any questions they have to ensure a seamless experience. Introduce Wristcheck services, and the benefits and unique selling points of buying or selling through our platform.
- Consistently hit and / or exceed monthly sales targets and other KPIs to contribute to overall team success.
- Work with internal teams and leverage our CRM to build a personalised, uniquely Wristcheck customer experience, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to drive revenue.
- Collaborate with Brand and Operations teams to execute grand opening campaigns and ongoing store events, promotions, and clientele initiatives post-launch.
- Stay on top of the latest developments in the watch industry, including market prices, historical pricing, and market conditions.
- Be a Wristcheck ambassador and represent our core values inside and outside of the workplace.
