About this role
We are looking for a skilled Corporate IT manager to support Writer's rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Writer's IT infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency, security, and reliability.
This role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain IT infrastructure; including SaaS services, workstations, mobile devices, and employee onboarding / offboarding
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot corporate systems management tools to streamline employee onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Google Workspace, Google Cloud, HRIS and workforce management systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical company data and ensure business continuity
- Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in IT technology and security, recommending and implementing best practices to enhance our company's IT infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for future reference
