About this role
We're looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the coordination that support the recruiters in scheduling candidates through the process, and assisting in moving candidates through the process. This is a highly organized role where you'll be expected to manage various projects and have a great attention to detail.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews and onsite interviews
- Respond to recruiting inquiries from both internal and external customers promptly
- Develop a detailed understanding of the recruitment process
- Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and manage detailed records of candidate information (roughly 80 to 100 a week)
- Own the interview scheduling process and provide support to recruiters and hiring managers throughout the process
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
