- Quality Control Oversight Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance protocols and procedures for all construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Inspections & Audits Conduct regular inspections and audits throughout the construction process, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaboration Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and the construction team to address quality issues proactively and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Training & Development Lead training sessions for team members on quality assurance practices, promoting a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, compliance documentation, and quality metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management on quality performance and areas for improvement.
- Client Interaction Engage with clients to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional luxury homes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7 years) in quality assurance or quality control within the construction industry, preferably in luxury residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices in quality management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to quality improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
