Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Auto Glass Support Coodinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Administering work orders, greeting customers in person and answering inbound phone calls and emails, this organized and energetic professional delivers an exceptional experience during every interaction.
Job Functions
· Welcoming in-shop customers and resolving customers concerns quickly and efficiently.
· Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes for service issues and pricing
· Answers all inbound calls
· Answers all web quotes or inquiries within 5 minutes of receipt
· Schedule jobs and handle all reschedules/cancellations
· Managing inside sales through all daily work orders
· Update daily or weekly calls KPIs
· All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Present professional tone and appearance
· Ability to provide exceptional customer service
· 3 years of auto glass telephone operations is required
· Strong knowledge of the automative glass repair and installations claims
· Experience with sales conversion
· Detail-oriented
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
· Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse; frequently
· Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
