ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with the business to identify reporting needs and lead consultations with Stakeholders to understand what data they want to see and why .
- Clean and prepare data for analysis by removing errors, identifying outliers, and transforming data into a format that can be analyzed.
- Access existing databases and create processes for storage of new data.
- Working with IT and other departments, develop strategies and initiatives that improve internal reporting.
- Ensure the integrity of data, which includes data extraction, processing, storage, manipulation and analysis
- Distribute generated reports according to distribution lists as well as ad-hoc reporting
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Work with stakeholders to analyze and develop standards for preparing and delivering business reports.
- Build new standard reports combining a wide array of data sources available in WSA
- Develop automation for recurring analytics in Excel with VBA and Automation Anywhere driven automations
- Utilize automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- As the need develops, build machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Work with stakeholders to analyze and develop standards for preparing and delivering business reports
