Summary :
The Business Development Director will be regionally based and responsible for managing the performance of the loan and RebateNow portfolio within their respective regions. He / she will also focus on building a pipeline of future projects and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Portfolio Management : Oversee the performance and growth of the loan and RebateNow portfolios, ensuring they meet regional goals and objectives.
- Pipeline Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities, creating a robust pipeline of potential projects.
- Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with practice owners and regional stakeholders.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to understand regional needs and opportunities, tailoring approaches to local dynamics.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Excel Proficiency : This role will be heavily involved in spreadsheets, so a high level of Excel expertise is essential.
- Finance Acumen : A strong financial background is equally important, as this position will include building financial models and handling financial reporting.
- Travel Percentage : Estimated 40–50% (may vary based on business need)
