e.The Brand Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administration related to pre- and post-sale activities. This role will support the Brand Partnerships team to ensure timely delivery and execution of the sales process as well as partnership experience
. The Coordinator must possess strong communication and organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an exciting opportunity that functions corporately. Exposure to cross functional partners allows for a broad understanding of WS and the various departments within in. - s Partner with the Brand Partnerships team on all facets of client relations including proposal completion, campaign/program initiative plans and client relations .
- Administer the contract process from creation to execution for direct clients or agencies including creating and processing any related for m
- s Facilitate daily communication between cross functional teams including field marketing, creative, legal/compliance and accounting to help fulfill client requests .
- Manage Recap decks for the BP team in partnership with key cross-functional partne r
- s Liaise with accounting, billing, and the collection teams to assist with the billing process .
- Strong analytic capabilities and interest in advertising, marketing and sales, experiential events and campaigns, sponsorships, pop-u p
- s Schedule and maintain calendar invitations for key internal and external team meetings; capture meeting notes and circulate recaps as need e
