The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, along with proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively partner with various departments within the organization. The Senior HR Manager will play a critical role in retaining and developing top talent to support our company's growth and success.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Manager on the HR team at WS Development, you will be responsible for :
- Managing all aspects of the HR function, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance.
- Partnering with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans to ensure adequate resources are available to meet business objectives.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implementing performance management systems to monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support professional development and career progression.
- Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards and company goals.
- Staying abreast of legal and regulatory developments related to employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
