What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator/Material Handler - Second Shift position at WS Display?
We are a leading supplier of large format digital prints.
*2nd shift position* 2pm-10:30 pm. Hours subject to change with business needs.
*1st shift training period* Usually 4 weeks but can vary.
Hours: 2pm- 10:30pm
Job Type: Full-time -$20.00 per hour
Responsibilities include:
- Safely and efficiently run Zund/MCT cutter machine(s) with proper training provided.
- Basic machine maintenance.
- Visually inspect printed material.
- Actively maintaining quality standards.
- Organize and clean production facilities when needed.
- Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities.
- Practice safe working habits as detailed in the Company Safety Manual and Employee Handbook.
- Actively communicate with production team to help improve team efficiencies.
- Maintain organized and clean work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, over utilize team lift
- Proficient in computer basic skills and navigation
- Previous Production Machine Operation experience is required
