About the Role:
The Senior Municipal Engineering Project Manager will oversee and manage various engineering projects within a municipal setting. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of multi-discipline projects from proposal to closeout.
- Planning, directing, and coordinating activities, including client meetings, public hearings, and public involvement events.
- Anticipating client needs, biases, and preferences, and tailoring communication and work output accordingly.
- Leading a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring project progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school.
- Registration as a professional engineer (or ability to obtain registration within six months).
- 5 years of municipal experience; direct experience working for a municipality is a plus.
