What You Will Do :
- As a Project Manager, you will take the lead role on multiple roadway, drainage and utility projects and guide these projects through planning, design, and construction.
- You will be the primary point of contact for client staff as it relates to delivery of a successful project.
- The project manager ensures that WSB staff complete the projects within prescribed time frames and budgets and to the client's satisfaction.
- You will use your project management skills to plan, direct, track, and coordinate all project activities.
- You will collaborate with other groups / disciplines within the company to deliver top quality projects and unparalleled service to our clients.
- You will also market and secure work from new and existing clients, formulate strategies for increasing market share, and lead the proposal process when necessary.
- Your experience level will determine the amount of independent judgment granted, the complexity of tasks performed, and direct supervision received.
This position can be based out of our Golden Valley(MN), St. Paul(MN), or Burnsville (MN) offices.
