At WSB, the Level 2 IT Support Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, resolving problems, and providing over the top customer service. This position will be based out of any of WSB offices nationwide.
What you will do:
- Provide level 2 support and provide remote and onsite support in all offices
- Develop solutions to complex problems
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
- Install and configure Hardware and Software
- Manage and Deploy iOS and Android Devices
- Maintain systems and support virtualization, Cloud, and windows technologies
- Install and manage MS Teams and Zoom based collaboration technology
What you will bring:
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software
- Proven working experience in providing technical support using a ticketing system
- Windows 10 troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of common desktop applications including the most current version of Microsoft Office
- The ability to understand WSB’s applications
- The desire to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- A team-oriented approach to solving problems
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
Minimum Education:
An Associate’s degree (A.A.) is required. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically supporting Microsoft based environments is also required. A driver's license and good driving record is also required.
Preferred Experience:
CompTIA A or Microsoft Certification (MTA, MSCA, MSCE). Proven experience using our current technologies/applications: Autodesk Civil 3D, Bentley Open Road Designer, Esri ArcGIS, Microsoft O365.
