Typical Responsibilities:

• Engage and Negotiate: Proactively contact property owners, present offers, and lead negotiations to ensure smooth project completion.
• Review and Advise: Analyze completed appraisals, perform required title work, and assist with title curative issues to ensure projects stay on track.
• Site Visits & Documentation: Prepare essential paperwork for offer presentations and conduct site visits to gather key information.
• Organized Recordkeeping: Maintain thorough and detailed records of owner contacts, project progress, and key issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Client Reports: Prepare routing reports for clients and public agencies, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with the Uniformed Relocation Act (URA), including expertise in land acquisition, utility relocation, title, and/or property management.
• IRWA Course Completion:Completion of the following IRWA Courses:
  • IRWA Course No. 102
  • IRWA Course No.’s 802, 901, 902
  • Two (2) days of IRWA Course No.’s 800, 801, or 803
  • Three (3) days of any IRWA Courses of Level 200
  • Course 100 can substitute for C200 & C901

Preferred Experience:

• Education: Associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Certifications: IRWA NAC, RAC, and/or SR/WA certifications are a plus!
• Skills: Exceptional communication (oral and written), planning, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills. A knack for collaborating with diverse teams is essential.
