What You Will Do: As a Project Manager/Professional Engineer in Land Development:
- You will take a lead design role on multiple private development projects and help guide these projects through the local approval process.
- You will work on projects ranging from large master planned communities for national developers to small commercial sites.
- You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on-schedule, on-budget projects for our clients. For larger projects, you will assist a senior project manager in delivering client value.
- You will use your project management skills to plan, direct, track, and coordinate all project activities.
- You will also market and secure work from new and existing clients, formulate strategies for increasing market share, and lead the proposal process when necessary.
- Your experience level will determine the amount of independent judgment granted, the complexity of tasks performed, and direct supervision received.
What You Will Bring: The successful candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school and 8 or more years of experience in civil engineering and land development.
- CO PE license.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent advocacy, communication and organizational skills are required.
- Advanced Civil 3D skills are a plus.
