We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and your professionalism and positive attitude will be essential to creating a welcoming and efficient office environment. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our organization.

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office is clean and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
