What You’ll Do:
- Lead Asset Management Projects: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative asset management projects for both government and commercial clients.
- Optimize Asset Performance: Apply cutting-edge asset management strategies to reduce total cost of ownership, manage risk, improve asset reliability, and achieve performance goals across organizations.
- Communicate Across Teams: Clearly communicate asset management frameworks, goals, and objectives for multidisciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clients.
- Create Deliverables: Prepare technical analyses, asset management plans, and reports/memos/proposals that demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Recommend Best Practices: Serve as an industry expert, recommending asset management best practices and innovative solutions that drive value for clients.
- Leadership in Asset Data Strategies: Lead the development of asset data strategies, including data collection methods, analytics, visualizations, and integration into business processes and communications.
- Provide Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff, assist with professional development, and grow asset management services through active participation in professional organizations, committees, and client relationship building.
What You’ll Bring:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or higher preferred).
- Experience: Knowledge of asset management principles and best practices, with experience working with asset management data, software systems, and tools.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, direct work across multiple divisions, and mentor junior staff.
- Strong Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent ability to analyze complex data, produce high-quality deliverables, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer-Focused Approach: A track record of delivering successful projects with a positive customer service mindset and a strong commitment to excellence.
- Innovation & Growth Mindset: Passion for innovation, driving asset management growth, and a desire to work on a variety of projects with different clients.
- Industry Engagement: Experience in participating in professional organizations, committees, and working groups to stay at the forefront of asset management trends and best practices.
