We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in HVAC Dispatching.
Job Description:
- Oversee services including dispatching, scheduling, and customer service.
- Receive incoming service calls and assign them to the appropriate technicians.
- Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance.
- Dispatch crews, vehicles, or other field units to the correct locations efficiently.
- Monitor routes and statuses of service technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedules.
- Generate work orders and maintain daily records of calls, activities, and other information.
- Collaborate with the service manager to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Support the service manager with client proposals.
- Manage and schedule monthly preventative maintenance.
- Report directly to the service manager on workflow and ongoing projects.
- Supervise CSR, ensuring they are meeting performance expectations.
- Ensure all calls taken by CSR are accurate and added to project list.
- Conduct follow-up calls with current and potential clients.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, assessing their service requests.
- Address customer requests and concerns, offering suitable solutions and alternatives promptly; ensure issues are resolved.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Hourly Rate $17-$24 per hour based on experience
Requirements:
- Experience in professional customer service and dispatching.
- Background in the HVAC or Construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Accurate record-keeping and documentation skills.
