Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our software solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear product goals and align them with business objectives.

Product Development:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications. Good understanding of DevSecOps, AWS Cloud Services, and CI/CD pipeline
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Oversee the Agile/Scrum development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

User Experience and Design:

  • Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement in the product experience.

Go-to-Market Planning:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Coordinate product launches, ensuring all teams are prepared and aligned for successful releases.
  • Track and analyze product performance post-launch, using data to inform future development and marketing efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the product team and key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to gather insights and validate product ideas.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor product metrics, user engagement, and market trends.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, outlining product performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within a software development environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the full product life for software products
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Skills & Competencies:

  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of Sales business processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement rules and regulations
  • Experience with content writing for technology companies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to remain highly organized in a deadline driven environment, while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Thorough and comprehensive documentation skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently to meet deliverables with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers and marketers
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
  • High Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and Word

Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
