We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician / Porter to join our team at Central Apartments and Main Street Apartments, two permanent housing properties totaling 57 units
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician / Porter will be responsible for completing work orders, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, performing preventative maintenance tasks, and responding promptly to emergency calls The ideal candidate can handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, while also delivering a high level of customer service.
What we Offer :
- Salary : $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
- On-call for after-hours emergencies

- Paid vacation and 15 paid company holidays
- Full time : 40 hours per week
Job Duties :
90% dedicated to basic maintenance duties and 10% of duties will be dedicated to cleaning.
