- Minimum 5 years of Long Term Care experience
- At least 1 year specifically in Dementia care
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and jumps in when needed no clock-watchers here
- Flexible with shifts - You’ll work both days (6am-2:30pm) and evenings (2pm-10:30pm), with more evenings than days
- A reliable vehicle - Columbia Falls doesn’t do public transit well
- Solid work ethic and the ability to hit the ground running
