An awesome rehab facility in Lakewood is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 8-week block booking on night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking for a structured schedule in a supportive environment.

Location: Lakewood, CO

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Monday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehab setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with RNs and other staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
