Salary : $65,000–$90,000 / year (Salaried, Based on Experience)
Location : Denver, CO
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Medical Office Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and yearly insurance renewals
- Manage accounts payable / receivable, banking, and financial reporting (QuickBooks)
- Handle employee relations, hiring, reviews, raises, and time-off requests
- Ensure compliance with audits, credentialing, and legal requirements (MIPS, ERISA, Medicaid, etc.)
- Address patient complaints and oversee office lease agreements
- Collaborate with external legal counsel, financial advisors, and physician recruiters
