What are the responsibilities and job description for the CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / WINDOW CLERK - IL 1ST SHIFT position at WSI Supply Chain Solutions?
We are hiring for a Client Services Representative / Window Clerk. In this position, you will be responsible for customer service on the phone, through email and at the service window. This full-time hourly position will report to the Assistant Facility Manager 40HrHaz and be primarily responsible for establishing assisting in the needs of the warehouse staff, customers and truck drivers. The shift for this position is going to be Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Answer phones, voicemails and emails in a professional prompt manner
- Have working knowledge of the company and customer computer systems
- Accurately and timely enter data as required
- Able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks at the same time
- Willing to double check orders on warehouse docks
- Understanding of customer rate structure and billable occurrences, invoicing
- Other duties may be assigned as business needs
