- Auditing one hundred percent of process, from Inbound to Shipping.
- Performing daily completed order audits for monitoring and evaluation of quality and service.
- Documenting the quality metrics & performance of all employees to track and report back to leadership.
- Assuring the customer receives the product ordered in the packaging required.
- Assuring that the integrity of the product packaging is intact when shipped.
- Checking and documenting all packers’ work and ensuring the highest quality product is sent to consumers.
- Assuring that all paperwork/EDI required by the customer is accurate and complete.
- Assisting in handling customer-facing direct issue resolution.
- Ensures employees receive appropriate quality and product safety training.
- Cross-train to cover for Operations roles or for other WSI areas as needed.
- Must meet company standards of safety, security, productivity, and is accountable for the quality and service to our customers.
- Experience utilizing a modern, full system-directed, task-driven, RF scanning environment - WMS system.
- Knowledge of maintenance, cycle counting programs, inventory control adjustments, research, and reconciliation is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Powered Industrial Truck Certified (forklift, reach truck, order picker, walkie rider).
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, database management, and analytics.
- Ability to use hands and fingers for computer keyboarding, and answer phone calls.
- Ability to be on feet for 8 hours per day.
- Ability to communicate via the phone & email using interpersonal communication skills.
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company.
