This is a 12-hour Day shift position. This candidate would need to be able to work every other weekend. Hours for this position are 7AM- 7PM
Under general supervision, performs a variety of assignments. Duties require manual, clerical, and data entry skills. Also includes implementing, coordinating, and assisting in the application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out a sequence of related Custom Logo functions and responsibilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Custom Logo Order Process – understanding of Custom Logo order process from start to finish. Including knowledge of Computer systems such as Silhouette website, Illustrator, Freehand (plate personalization), PRISM, FedEx Ship Station, UPS Ship Station, and Cresting website.
2. Accepting/declining orders, rush requests, art layouts, plate making, capacity and inventory. Maintaining supplies and production needs for Custom printing/Logo Department.
3. Maintain filing system for all art, plates, and orders.
4. My Number systems and process. Inventory for special numbers, trouble shooting, scanners and shipping.
5. Manufacturing Stamp process. Manager plate files, art layouts for plates and samples.
6. Provide support for the new digital process.
7. Inventory control – knowledge of products, receiving, counting, auditing, reconciliation, and ability to understand spreadsheets in relation to inventory.
8. Various methods of shipping procedures (FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL, International Express and Ocean) using online and desktop systems associated with each carrier.
9. Occasional step in for Facility Operations Specialist and board presentations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Forklift certified or able to obtain certification
2. Strong attendance record.
3. Efficient with computer systems - Computer systems such as Silhouette website, Cresting website, Illustrator, Freehand (plate personalization), PRISM, FedEx Ship Station, and UPS Ship Station, and Corel Draw.
4. Must be able to lift 55 lbs
