WSN is hiring a Global HR Quality Control (QC) Transformation – Control Officer to join a leading investment bank in Tampa on a contract basis.
Overview :
The Control Officer will support the bank's HR Risk and Control organization with QC transformation initiatives under Consent Order commitments. This role involves developing and executing QC testing strategies, ensuring compliance with Control Standards, and partnering with HR stakeholders and key control functions (Audit, Compliance, ORM, Legal)
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute QC testing strategies to assess control design and operating effectiveness.
- Partner with HR teams to ensure compliance with regulatory commitments and mitigate risks.
- Perform risk assessments, analyze controls, and provide credible challenge to business units.
- Review artifacts, process flows, and procedures for completeness and alignment with Control Standards.
- Document remediation efforts and validate milestone closure.
- Provide summary reporting on gaps, observations, and resolution status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a standardized, sustainable control environment.
