WSP has an exciting opportunity for a Specialist, Marketing to join our Orlando, FL office. We will also consider candidates for our Tampa, FL and Atlanta, GA office locations. As part of our Strategic Growth Team, you will be involved in the strategies, accounts, and pursuits that fuel our growth and allow WSP to be part of projects that design the future.
We are looking for someone with a collaborative, can-do attitude who has a special knack for creativity and persuasive storytelling. The right candidate will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, who works to build community through positivity! Ideally, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or English, have relevant professional experience, and be passionate about and highly competent in writing proposals.
The Specialist, Marketing position, under close supervision, assists with coordinating aspects of preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations. Assists with managing data in the sales systems, maintains sales collateral, and may support regional communications initiatives.

Your Impact
- Supports and / or may lead the overall coordination and production of proposals / qualifications and other sales materials with close supervision including scheduling and conducting proposal kick-off meetings, and color reviews to develop a winning, compliant proposal.
- Researches, gathers, edits, and produces proposal materials, including writing, verifying, and formatting proposal information.
- Coordinates design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff.
- Develops and maintains proposal, qualification, and sales files, including resumes, project descriptions and sales and business development databases.
- Supports client teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings and may participate in client team meetings.
- May support communications team on regional activities, such as newsletters, project awards, visibility and social media campaigns, conferences and other special communications-related projects.
- Ensures the various aspects of proposals and other sales and business development materials are compliant, accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Supports the presentation phase of pursuits.
- Other duties as assigned.
