We are a dynamic team of professionals at WSP Group, seeking a highly skilled Sr. Civil Engineer to join our team in Exton, PA, New York City, NY or Morristown, NJ office. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on various projects with our Program Management Team, including infrastructure planning, design, and construction management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced modeling techniques, concept development, design requirements, and operating strategies to account for safety and functionality of end-users, transportation vehicles/systems.
- Work as an individual or part of a cross-functional team to execute project work on multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, with strict adherence to QA/QC.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
- 10 years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and prior civil design experience.
- Professional registration.
- Experienced in leading technical tasks.
