WSP is currently seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Structural Technical Director / Project Manager for our Connecticut office.
This individual must be able to manage, supervise, and mentor engineering staff for various phases of assigned structural projects. The candidate must have previous project management (or deputy) experience. Collaborate with senior engineering and business development managers and local business leads on long-range plans and objectives to grow the business and identify business development opportunities for the office and the structural group. The position requires strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be an enthusiastic and motivated person to lead and manage both tasks and projects on all types of challenging transportation projects including design-build. The successful candidate will be a major participant in all phases of the project, including pursuit, and throughout design and construction of the project. This position is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join a dynamic structural team with experienced professionals in a leadership role.
