WSP is currently initiating a search for a Civil Engineer for our Glastonbury, CT office. The following locations will also be considered : Providence, RI. Be involved in projects with our Northeast Civil Highway Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.

Your Impact
- Civil / Roadway task lead on smaller projects and support for larger complex projects - responsible for key project elements, independent assignments, or working as a team member on all phases of transportation project's design & construction phases.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and oversee the work of junior level staff, technicians, administrative staff and draftspersons.
- Proficient in use of the following software - preferred proficiency using Microstation OpenRoads Designer and / or Civil3D.
- Support senior staff with client relations, client and in-house technical presentations.
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and planners on projects with infrastructure authorities.
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
