We are seeking a skilled Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing larger-scale mechanical engineering projects and providing technical assistance on various engineering, design, and construction issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced technologies, monitoring devices, building materials, modeling techniques, design requirements, load calculations, and operating strategies to account for the proper installation and functioning of equipment and systems.
- Oversee the development and implementation of construction and installation plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with architects and owners on small to large, complex projects with a focus on sustainability and energy performance of the built environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- 7-10 years of relevant post education experience as a mechanical engineer.
- Engineer PE license required.
- Experience in plumbing systems, automatic temperature control systems, air distribution, hydronic systems, HVAC load calculation software, and Revit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- LEED Certification.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience managing small to mid-size projects.
