Duties
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Support students in their learning by providing one-on-one or small group assistance.

- Monitor student behavior and provide guidance on classroom management.
- Assist with special education needs, ensuring all students receive appropriate support.
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents as needed.
- Prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom setup.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Experience
Candidates should possess relevant experience that may include:
- Experience working with children in various settings such as classrooms, daycare centers, or through nannying/babysitting roles.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices.
- Knowledge of special education strategies to support diverse learners.
- Experience in toddler care or similar age groups is advantageous.
- Certification or training in first aid is preferred but not mandatory.
