Job Description
The Accounting Coordinator, WSRE-TV – Accounts Payable position supervises and is responsible for a variety of advanced and complex accounting tasks involving the maintenance of financial records and the processing of related data using both PSC accounting system (Workday) and the WSRE Foundation accounting system (Blackbaud Financial Edge). The position is responsible for all cash disbursement requests, purchasing/accounts payable processing, invoice processing, and vendor payments. Reports to the Director, Business and Administration, WSRE. Position works on-site at the Pensacola State College main campus in Pensacola, Florida.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree, and two years of experience in a bookkeeping, finance, or related administrative role. Related appropriate work experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis for the required education. Successful results of a criminal background check are required.
SALARY RANGE: $39,500.00 - $45,500.00 (Depending on the qualifications, the salary is negotiable.)
