Responsibilities:
- As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example to drive sales and productivity, ensuring Visual Merchandising & Store Standards and provide product knowledge throughout the store.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the team & Store performance.
- Rally the Team and Strategize on adjustment necessary to meet target Goals.
- Drive conversion by Zoning the Team to engage with customers, ensuring the team uses effective sales techniques, and maintains a welcoming store environment.
- Oversee operational tasks such as cash handling and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in training and developing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure the store stays clean and organized by working with Team Members to complete tasks on the sales floor, in the parking lot, and the back office.
- The role requires the ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand or walk for 8 hours daily.
- Employees must climb ladders, maneuver boxes, and communicate effectively in person and on the phone while performing essential tasks.

Required Experience:
- High school diploma with 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
- Must have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale, and Time Keeping systems, with the ability to understand financial reports and analyze problems.
- Proven track record in customer service and team development is essential.
- Must be self-starters, capable of identifying strategic opportunities to increase KPIs and coach their team effectively.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays & occasional overnights .
- Ability to work within a 25-mile radius.
