Summary: Manufacture parts per plant specification in an accurate and timely manner utilizing Press Brake machine centers.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Set up and operate Press Brakes.
· Prove production for 75% or more of the machines.
· Load and unload materials on and off the machines.
· Assist in the decision-making process of ergonomic concerns, etc.
· Follow instructions on the process and procedures to run machines.
· Identify errors and/or inefficiencies and bring them to Supervisor.
· Prepares presses for production, adjusting calibrations and machine setting and reviewing proof documents.
· Manage needed programming edits.
· Review and ensure product meets specified parameters.
· Operates presses to produce high quality fabricated sheet metal parts.
· Process all necessary documentation and paperwork for processes completed.
· Work with other shifts on the remaining work, issues, shift to shift notes, etc.
· Maintains work area to assure consistent operations and clean orderly workstations.
· Basic maintenance of machines including cleaning machines, cleaning the dust collector & greasing specific grease points.
· Guides and trains teammates when needed.
· Comply with all quality, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience: Technical Diploma or Associates degree, or three to five years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
