WT Equipment is an agricultural and light construction equipment dealership with 8 locations located out of Arkansas and Louisiana. Some of the major brands we offer include New Holland, Bobcat, Case, Vermeer, Bush Hog, and Hustler. The dealership has been family owned since 1973. We pride ourselves in offering our customers the best products to meet their equipment and service needs.
WT Equipment of Springdale, Arkansas is looking to add to our Accounts Payables team with two positions open for Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounts Payables Specialist. The ideal candidate maintains open communication with our vendors, ensures accurate payable records, and verifies outstanding account balances. The Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounts Payables Specialist will also create financial reports relating to the accounts payable function and status of accounts. This position is scheduled to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year experience in Accounts Payable preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage process improvements to streamline efficiencies.
- Ensure vendors are paid timely and accurately.
- Possess extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and procedures.
- Communicate with vendors via phone, email or mail while maintaining a professional and polite demeanor.
- Work with other departments to develop and implement work process improvements.
- Other assigned tasks.
Physical Setting: Open office cubicles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
