What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter position at WT Equipment?
WT Equipment is an agricultural and light construction equipment dealership with 8 locations in Arkansas and Louisiana. Some of the major brands we offer include New Holland, Bobcat, Case, Vermeer, Bush Hog, and Hustler. The dealership has been family owned since 1973. We pride ourselves in offering our customers the best products to meet their equipment and service needs.
WT Equipment of Springdale, Arkansas is looking to add a parts counter salesperson to our team. The ideal candidate will have prior parts sales experience. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist customers and the service department with their parts needs
- Receive incoming calls to parts department
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Maintain proper level of product knowledge
- Quote and bill out parts
- Perform basic inventory control functions
Additional Requirements:
- Prior parts sales experience, preferably in the Agriculture industry
- Farm experience a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers as well as colleagues
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer operations skills
- Bilingual a huge plus
