WT Equipment is an agricultural and light construction equipment dealership with 8 locations out of Arkansas and Louisiana. Some of the major brands we offer include New Holland, Bobcat, Case, Vermeer, Bush Hog, and Hustler. The dealership has been family owned since 1973. We pride ourselves in offering our customers the best products to meet their equipment and service needs.
WT Equipment is looking to hire a Parts Department Manager for their Searcy, AR location. The ideal candidate will have parts management experience and will preferably be knowledgeable in the Agricultural Equipment industry. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develops and enforces department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Schedules and assigns jobs to Parts Counter Personnel according to their knowledge and skill level
- Develops and implements department certification plans in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers as well as colleagues
- Basic understanding of financial principles relating to department operation
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer operations skills such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to quickly resolve internal and external conflict
Qualifications
- Inventory management
- Purchasing and negotiation skills
- Mechanical knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Logistics and procurement expertise
- Familiarity with inventory control systems
- Ability to source and manage suppliers effectively
- Previous dealership experience is a plus
- Proficiency in order management systems
- Strong organizational and computer skills
