Position Overview

We are seeking a Gastroenterologist to provide 24 / 7 GI call coverage across three hospitals in Pennsylvania. This opportunity requires a minimum availability of 7 days per month with 14 shifts per month available.

Job Details

Schedule : 24-hour shifts (7 : 30 AM - 7 : 30 AM), with on-site duties during the day and night call coverage (30-minute response time).
Typical Caseload :

Adult : 95% Pediatrics : 5%

Procedures : Colonoscopies, EGDs, PEGs, Esophageal Varices & Stenting, and ERCPs.

Average Admissions while on call : 7

EMR System : EPIC

Requirements

Board Status : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.

Licensure : Pennsylvania license preferred; candidates needing licensure will be considered.

Certifications : BLS, DEA.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years required.
