Basic Purpose Summary:

To safely and successfully rig up and rig down equipment, using, and operating heavy equipment, and being able to lift heavy materials.

Characteristic Responsibilities:

· rig up or rig down equipment such as shower trailers, trash trailers, light towers, containments, restraints, etc.

· Rigging up or down restraints from Wellhead, flowback pipes, pump trucks, missiles, Zippers, etc

· Filling out JSA forms, ensure work is performed safely and comply with all safety procedures of the company including the use of proper PPE.

· Work in yard with rental equipment to prepare for upcoming jobs

· And other duties as assigned.

Distinguishing Competency Factors:

Skill:

Operate equipment in a safe and efficient way to complete water transfer. Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Basic knowledge of oilfield, general labor, and logistic operations

Supervision:

Does not require supervising others.

Working Conditions:

Frequent exposure to inclement weather, bright lights, loud noises, dust, gas, and/or fumes

Physical Demands:

Able to push, pull, lift, carry maximum weight 75lbs, repetitive wrist and hand movements

Communication:

Requires obtaining and exchanging information, referring inquiries to the appropriate source, or responding to questions from other employees.

Independent Action:

Requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Zero to 1 year yard or field work experience.

License/Certification: Valid Texas driver’s license.

Must be flexible to a changing work environment, available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed. Must be a team player, self-motivated and able to prioritize.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
