Rig Up Supervisor for Water Transfer
Job Summary:
The Rig Up Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient setup, operation, and dismantling of water transfer equipment. This role involves leading a team of field supervisors and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the rig up and rig down processes for water transfer operations.
- Ensure all safety protocols and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
- Manage and train field supervisors and technicians.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and safety inspections.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Rig Up Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of water transfer systems and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
