Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. This role is essential in creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. Duties
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Educate children through play-based learning, encouraging curiosity and exploration.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or daycare setting.
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Administer first aid when necessary and ensure the safety of all children in care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare.
- Ability to educate children through engaging activities.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
- A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for working with children.
