Description
Objective: Responsible for cleaning buildings, removing trash from trash cans, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Duties:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Damp clean window ledges.
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Scrub surfaces clean.
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants. Restock supplies as needed.
- Clean, sanitize toilet seats, bowls and urinals.
- Remove spots, stains and splashes from wall and counter tips.
- Remove fingerprints from door frame, light switches, kick plates, push plates, handles, railings.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma preferred
- Minimum Experience: Janitorial Experience 1 year preferred
- Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies
- Ability to lift and carry objects
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head
Job Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available on the weekends
- Part Time
Job Schedule:
- MONDAY - SATURDAY
- Start time 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $16.00 AN HOUR
