Description
Our Middle Market Team provides investment advisory and fiduciary support services to mid-size investment clients.
This is an entry level position with overall responsibility for supporting the Investment Associates and Consultants in maintaining client relationships. The Analyst will have a wide range of responsibilities including performance reporting, invoicing, ongoing investment monitoring and analysis, and communicating with external vendors to obtain information for clients.
The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in finance or a similar business-related field and will be able to learn quickly and manage their time effectively to support the associates with client deliverables.

The Role
Client Support
- Gather asset reports from vendors for creating client investment reports
- Produce client investment reports and meeting presentations with high attention to detail
- Assist with the client invoicing process on a quarterly basis
- Maintain organized files and documentation on client information and outstanding tasks in coordination with associates
- Attend client meetings to dictate meeting notes/minutes as needed
- Perform ad hoc tasks to help support client relationships
- Perform client and consultant requests as needed
Consultant Support
- Maintain standardized materials that can be used across the practice
- Support associates and consultants in the construction of client presentations
- Assist with the production of industry benchmarking reports appropriate for clients
- Support vendor search projects for clients
- Prepare fee & service benchmarking reports
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the overall practice
Investments
- Produce investment performance reports for clients
- Assist with ongoing monitoring and due diligence of investment managers
- Provide assistance with investment searches for hiring investment managers
- Complete investment fee benchmarking and share class analyses
- Assist with target date due diligence reporting and stable value analyses as needed
- Help associates conduct investment menu structure reviews
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being present in the office at least three days each week.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance or related field preferred)
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and coordinate with other team members
- Strong organization and time management skills required to balance multiple projects and ensure timely completion of client deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external contacts
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), and ability to learn new systems and technologies
