Description
As an Investment Solutions Specialist, you will be working with the US Growth Team. You will be responsible for developing custom solutions for clients, providing investment analysis, helping to produce proposals and related materials, and assisting in various other capacities with the primary goal of supporting our new business development and product development efforts.

The Role
- Using your expanding knowledge of the retirement plan landscape to assist the Growth Team to support the US Investments business
- Create client customized solutions to meet their unique needs
- Perform analysis and create sales materials for proposals
- Manage multiple assignments in a collaborative manner
- Commitment to customize and deliver a “best in class” service to internal stakeholders in a timely and effective manner
- Support team members in the construction and delivery of presentations
- Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with professional excellence requirements
- Build strong relationships internally and externally and collaborate effectively.

Qualifications
The Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in financial services environment
- Understanding financial markets and institutional investing
- High attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work
- BS or BA from accredited university, progress toward CFA or MBA a plus
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
