The Role
This mid-level hybrid role is both client-facing and market-facing. You will manage all aspects of new and renewal business, including marketing, remarketing, and daily account servicing. The book of business primarily consists of U.S. subsidiaries and affiliates of multinational companies. As part of a global team, you will provide expertise on the U.S. insurance market, offering guidance and service to clients and our global network partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our global WTW Network and insurance carriers to service U.S. policies placed globally.
- Act as a consultant to clients and overseas colleagues on U.S. insurance marketplace trends, compliance, and coverage.
- Place domestic U.S. coverage based on risk analysis and review of client programs.
- Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing. Attend in-person meetings as needed.
- Collect and review updated exposures and underwriting data.
- Prepare and present insurance submissions to markets or coordinate with internal specialty brokers.
- Analyze quotes and deliver competitive proposals with recommended options.
- Obtain and present premium financing quotes to clients.
- Manage policy placements and confirm coverage.
- Coordinate the issuance of Certificates and Auto IDs.
- Request and process endorsements and audits, including audit revisions or disputes as needed.
- Work closely with internal Global Service Delivery teams (e.g., Accounting, Certificate Center, Policy Checking) to complete joint tasks efficiently, including premium and fee billing.
- Maintain up-to-date placement and account information in relevant systems.
- Handle billing in accordance with client and carrier instructions and support collections as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations (e.g., SOX, FATCA, surplus lines tax, country sanctions, and the Excellence model).
Qualifications

- Must hold appropriate insurance licenses or obtain them by passing the necessary exams. Continuing education is required to maintain licensing.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial brokerage or underwriting environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; foreign language proficiency is a plus.
- Flexible work schedule as needed.
- Technologically adept, with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities with sound judgment in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service with a consultative, sales-focused approach.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000-$84,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
